The aim of all aspects of our Post 16 curriculum is to prepare students for adult life, by developing the skills, knowledge and understanding which they need in order to choose set and achieve their personal goals and to live their lives to their full potential.
These goals may include academic aspirations, vocational or career plans, hopes for independent living, choices of all underpinned by the ability to form strong social and personal relationships.

Glasshouse Farm provides day activities and training for adults with disabilities. We have a safe, friendly rural setting, with dedicated buildings, experienced staff.
Linkage provides a high standard of further education, care and employment services to enable people with learning disabilities to realise their full potential.
Our spacious and well equipped campus is designed to provide a safe, healthy and vibrant environment so you can focus on your work, but also have fun, get fit and socialise in downtime.
Situated in the centre of Lincolnshire, just three miles north of Lincoln, Riseholme College specialises in agriculture, equine and animal management training and education.
Based in Lincoln, we specialise in providing a tailored and individual service, focusing on personal abilities, independence, life skills and choice.
We provide high quality training and work experience in a supportive environment. We are here for people who wish to work after a period of illness or any other reason which has left them lacking in confidence.
