St Christopher’s School is an all age forward-thinking and innovative special school with a diverse pupil population. Our over 240 pupils have profound, severe or moderate learning difficulties and we have many pupils on the autistic spectrum. We are located in Lincoln. 


Pupil, family and staff engagement is extremely important to us and we endeavour to provide all our children and young people with memorable learning experiences that will truly enrich their lives.

Lincoln St Christopher’s and St Francis Federation for pupils between the ages of 3-19 with a range of needs are looking for teachers interested in developing their career or newly qualified teachers seeking their first post.

We are looking to appoint ambitious teachers who have a passion for teaching children with SEND and can offer the very best teaching and learning to our pupils and ensure they achieve the excellent outcomes they deserve, helping them to achieve their aspirations.


Previous experience of working in a special needs setting is not essential but could be beneficial. To be successful, your application should demonstrate your commitment, knowledge and passion for working with children with SEND along with a willingness and enthusiasm to contribute further to the wider life
and ethos of the school. You will be willing to support our vision of developing courageous and confident learners.


We have high expectations that every pupil will be valued, challenged and supported to make sustained academic and personal progress.
