St Christopher’s School is an all age forward-thinking and innovative special school with a diverse pupil population. Our over 230 pupils have profound, severe or moderate learning difficulties and we have many pupils on the autistic spectrum. We are located in Lincoln. 


Pupil, family and staff engagement is extremely important to us and we endeavor to provide all our children and young people with memorable learning experiences that will truly enrich their lives.


We strive to involve the whole school community in making St Christopher’s a safe, happy, and truly outstanding place for our provision in which our pupils to can learn. Our talented, multi-disciplinary staff team have high expectations of our pupils and we aim to provide the kind of special education which families want for their children.

Teaching Assistant Level 1...

Full time TA1 post - 32.5 hours (SCP 6-9 starting at £18,065 pro-rata)

Start Date - September 2019 or sooner if possible

Lincoln St Christopher’s and St Francis Federation cater for students and pupils between the ages of 3- 19 with a range of needs. We are looking for teaching assistants to work with students with complex communication and interaction needs including the possibility of working in our BASSE (Bespoke, Academic, Social and Sensory Education) unit.
